1. Scope and operator

These terms govern your use of spgames.dev, including studio information, demos, accounts and contests. Use the site only if you can lawfully do so and accept these terms. The site operator is:

2. Adults, demos and external play

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher local minimum age. Demos use virtual credits with no cash value; demo results do not create a right to payment or predict future outcomes. Real-money play takes place on the external operator’s site under its own eligibility, verification, payment and responsible-gambling rules. SP Games develops games and this studio website does not accept gambling deposits or process gambling withdrawals.

3. Your account and conduct

Provide accurate information, use only accounts and wallets you are authorised to use, and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate others, submit altered or duplicate evidence, manipulate contests, bypass access controls or disrupt the site. Tell us about suspected unauthorised account use. We may restrict access or reject entries for substantiated abuse or ineligibility, and you can request a review.

4. Contests and rewards

Each contest page sets its dates, qualifying games, entry evidence, limits, scoring or draw method, and rewards. Those specific rules apply alongside these terms and take priority for that contest where they conflict, subject to mandatory law. Submitting evidence is not a guarantee of approval, a ticket or a reward. Claims are checked against the published criteria; technical delays may require manual review. Do not spend money merely to obtain a possible contest reward.

Approved rewards accumulate in your reward balance. Once the minimum shown in your account is reached, you can request the full available balance of that currency. The amount is reserved until the administrator sends one manual payment. You can cancel before processing starts. USD rewards are paid as USDT at 1 USD = 1 USDT through BNB Smart Chain (BEP20); the confirmed wallet address is saved with the request. A displayed reward balance is a record, not a bank or custodial account. Supply the correct supported payout network and address; blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Applicable taxes remain your responsibility except where the law requires us to act. Published contest terms and mandatory rights govern any dispute about a reward.

Viewer contributions are optional, give no tickets or ranking advantages and are open to people who do not enter the contest. Where enabled, anyone can send ordinary USDT BEP20 without signing in and submit the transaction hash for verification. The received amount is added at 1 USDT = 1 USD, rounded down to cents; sender fees are excluded. New contributions are publicly anonymous; blockchain transactions remain public. Confirmed contributions cannot be cancelled by the donor. If the contest is cancelled, verification is delayed for a payment sent within the payment window, or prize places are unawarded, the relevant amount from an ordinary transfer is reserved for a manual refund through support after checking the sender. Transfers sent outside the payment window require support review and are not automatically assigned to an invoice. A public hash or matching wallet address alone gives no refund entitlement. Contributions from the site balance and earlier wallet-bound invoices retain their account-balance refund rules. Payment limits, timing and prize shares appear on the payment and contest pages.

5. Content and intellectual property

Game artwork, software, branding and site content belong to their respective rights holders. You may browse the site, use demos as provided and share links. Reusing or distributing game assets or software requires permission unless applicable law permits it. By submitting a receipt or video link, you allow us to review the material for the contest and publish the limited participation information described in the Privacy Policy; you do not transfer ownership of your content.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. External services are outside our control. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory protections. They do not waive an earned reward under the applicable contest rules.

7. Changes, privacy and questions

Material changes will be published with an updated date and an appropriate notice. Changes do not retrospectively alter earned contest rewards or override locked contest rules. The Privacy & Security and Cookie Policy pages explain data use; acknowledging the cookie notice is separate from these terms. Contact the operator above about complaints or disputes. Applicable mandatory law and any non-waivable right to use a competent court or authority remain in force.

Referrals and fair participation
